Order Processing & Shipping
All of our products are made to order and submitted to processing immediately following order confirmation. Purchased items will typically ship within 2 - 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@museandmetro.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Typically, shipped items are delivered 4 to 5 business days after your tracking number has been received. Additional delays may occur due if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, if there is inclement weather along the route your package has to travel, or during the holiday season.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS, however we will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
